TICKETS

Choir Tickets (min 8) £99 each for the entire weekend
General Admission Tickets £129 each for the entire weekend

This is a weekend event - single day tickets are not available.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Bookings are final, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled.
Terms and conditions apply.
RED member discounts do not apply to this event.
Early Bird discounts must be applied at the time of booking.
No booking fees.

CHOIRS

Each attendee, including the Choir Leader, needs a ticket.
Those bringing an accompanist for the performance only should contact us.  Accompanists attending the rehearsal and performance only will receive one complimentary ticket for the times required only.
There is a minimum ticket quantity of 8 tickets per booking. 
Upon booking, you will receive a link to add additional ticklets as required, which will be combined with your original booking.
Bookings must be made by the Choir Leader or Official.

INDIVIDUALS ATTENDING WITHOUT A CHOIR

Each attendee requires a ticket.  A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per booking.

IMPORTANT: When booking as a part of or choir, all tickets should be purchased together – only purchase individually if attending WITHOUT your choir else your choir may not be permitted to perfor

PERFORMING AT THE FESTIVAL

There will be a 10-15min showcase for each choir during the concert. Choirs are encouraged to perform at the festival. It is not mandatory, however.

Choir leaders will be sent a form to complete shortly before the festival, indicating the pieces they would like to perform and whether they will perform a cappella, with piano, acoustic instrumennt or backing track.

All attendees, including individuals, form the festival choir, which will perform the joint pieces at the concert. These will be sent in advance for preparation.

ACCESSIBILITY

Choir leaders (on behalf of their members) or individuals should advise of any accessibility issues AT LEAST 14 days prior to the festival.
